 If Payment is Not Made

• If  payment is skipped or ignored, we may have to stop the work permanently.

• Any advance amount paid will not be refunded.

• Any work we’ve done so far will still belong to DGAS Skyworld and can’t be used by the client.

Let’s clear up a common misunderstanding: owning a domain name doesn’t mean you own it in the traditional sense. When you register a domain, you’re essentially leasing it through an agreement with a domain registrar. It’s like renting a phone number you get exclusive rights to use it, but you don’t “own” it outright.

At DGAS Skyworld, any domain associated with your project may be registered in your name or on your behalf, but it remains subject to the terms and conditions of the domain registrar. Your rights over the domain are governed by that registrar not by us and you will retain exclusive use of it for as long as you keep your registration current and active.

What You Actually Own

Here’s the reality when it comes to websites and digital assets:

• You do not own the underlying web server, CMS (like WordPress), database software, or coding languages used to create your site.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the source code we develop including backend logic and custom frameworks—remains the intellectual property of DGAS Skyworld. You are granted a license to use it, not full ownership.
• However, you do own:
  • The finished, visual parts of your website (HTML/CSS/JS).
  • Any text, images, and graphics you’ve created or provided yourself.
  • The “look and feel” of the site if you designed it.

In short, once your project is complete and fully paid for, you will own the final assembled product—everything visible and usable from the front-end, but not necessarily the proprietary tools or code used to build it.

This kind of clarity helps protect everyone your rights as a client and our responsibilities as your service provider.

At DGAS Skyworld, all payments for services must be made through the official payment methods specified by us. Once a service request or order is confirmed, it is processed immediately—therefore, we do not offer any cancellations, refunds, or partial reimbursements under any circumstances.

We work closely with each client throughout the service process, ensuring approvals are taken at every stage. Since our services are customized and initiated upon confirmation, change of mind, delayed decisions, or altered preferences will not be considered valid reasons for a refund or chargeback.

Please note:

• All services must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable once the order has been placed.

• We do not deliver service data or campaign assets via physical devices such as CDs, USB drives, or external hard drives to avoid security and compatibility issues.

• Once credentials or service access is provided, the client assumes full responsibility for managing that access and the content used within.

Authorized Payment Policy

All payments for services provided by DGAS Skyworld must be made only to the company’s official bank account or payment gateway. We have not authorized any third party, agent, or individual to collect payment on our behalf.

If you make payments to any unauthorized entity, DGAS Skyworld will not be held responsible for any resulting loss or damage to your business.
